Yes, you really can. Many of the medications require a prescription in the United States but are sold over-the-counter in foreign countries. Narcotics and other medications that can be addictive will require a prescription in any country.
However, many of the pharmacies included Premier Mexican Pharmacies' Members' Area will also offer online consultations with licensed physicians and/or Doctors who can provide you with a prescription. Most of the physicians or Doctors who offer online consultations charge a consultation fee, but there are several included in our Member's Area who offers free consultations.

Sometimes medication is up to 80% cheaper in foreign countries because the pharmaceutical companies price the medication according to what the citizens of the countries can afford.
Example: The citizens of Mexico, Asia & Thailand cannot afford to pay the same prices as U.S. citizens. If they were forced to pay the same price, one prescription could cost a whole years salary. Instead, the pharmaceutical companies charge lower prices overseas and then make up for the cost by raising the U.S. prescription prices. The pharmaceutical companies do this because they think we can afford it and to help cover the losses they sustain in foreign countries.
Until now, the only way to enjoy these discounted drug rates was to travel to the foreign countries and purchase the medications in person.

No. The drug usually can be ordered by the brand name or the generic name. However, Premier Mexican Pharmacies also supplies you with information to obtain the name of a drug in most languages and to find the generic name for a particular medication.

Online consultations are a new concept in the health care industry that helps utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire & communicates with the physician using a secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain cases, may not require a physical exam.

No. Not if you have had a physical exam recently & consider yourself healthy, you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order for you to obtain some prescription medications. Thousands of psychiatrists & general practitioners throughout the US are prescribing certain medications after only reviewing the patient's medical history, without a physical exam. The medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical history. There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this history is any more relevant than an online consultation. However, even though a licensed physician reviews your information with an online consultation, you should still see a doctor regularly for a routine checkup & physical evaluation.

Unfortunately Premier Mexican Pharmacies cannot give a price quote for any medications due to the high amount of people forwarding their "shopping list" of prescriptions they need. We do apologize for this. However, we have a very high satisfaction rate among the thousands of member's that subscribe daily to our service.
